Ugochukwu Obiora Chime is the Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Copen Group.

Chime is a Surveyor by profession hence he is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) and the Nigerian Institution of Building(NIOB). In April 1999, Chime constructed and delivered the Enugu State Primary Education Board (SPEB) building which was his first project.

Chime is a consultant to different professional bodies like State Housing Corporations, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, and other corporate bodies. Apart from the above-mentioned professional bodies, Chime is the chairman of Enugu geographical zone of NECA and he is also a member of the governing council of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA). Before now, he headed the Board of Bethel Microfinance Bank LTD till 2022. He was also chairman of the Board of Directors, Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (2003 to 2007) and many other posts too numerous to mention.

Adetola joined WEMABOD Estates Limited, Ibadan in 1992 where he started his estate management career. In 2002, he became the property manager of Boameges Estates Limited.
In pursuance of his vision, he later joined the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria(PHCN) Ibadan were he served as the Senior Manager. Later, Adetola became the Assistant General Manager, Estate Marketing & Operation at SIM Properties and Homes Limited, an office he held for seven years. After serving as the Executive Director Evenmore Properties Investment Limited, Adetola established Adron Homes and Properties Ltd which is operational till date.
3. Bamidele Onalaja

Education
Onalaja is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He also holds an MBA in Marketing. Although he is an economist his career revolves around estate development.
