This special feature comes in the form of interest-free mini loan to eligible customers so long as they repay timely. 

However, if a customer defaults to repay on time, it will attract interest. The Palmpay OK Card is only virtual, so it doesn’t come with an ATM. S0, you can only use this fund within the PalmPay app.

how to Activate my OK Card on Palmpay

You can activate the Palmpay OK Card from the Palpay mobile app. The OK Card is readily available on the app.

  • Log into the Palmpay app
  • Go to the “Finance” section.
  • Under the “Finance” section, you will see “Activate OK Card”.
  • Click on the “Activate OK Card”.
  • Then follow the prompt for activation.

How to Deactivate PalmPay OK Card?

Sometimes, if your PalmPay OK Card loan has exceeded the scheduled repayment date, you’ll start getting different kinds of messages and reminders from PalmPay on your phone which is usually annoying, hence deactivating PalmPay OK card becomes necessary. 

So, if you want to deactivate PalmPay OK Card, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Go to the PalmPay app on your device and open it.
  2. On the homepage, locate the ‘’Finance’’ option and tap on it.
  3. At the top right corner of the page, look for the menu icon & click on it.
  4. From the list, select the  “Deactivate OK Card” option.

For this deactivation to work properly, you must have repaid your PalmPay OK Card loan. What this means is that if you didn’t repay your OK Card loan, you will not be able to deactivate the PalmPay OK Card hence you will keep getting the irritating messages from them. 

How to Repay Your PalmPay OK Card Loan?

Repaying OK Card loan is pretty simple, follow the steps below to pay off your OK Card:

  1. Open the PalmPay app on your device.
  2. Go to the service section and tap on the “OK Credit” option.
  3. Once you click on it, a page will prompt which will contain your available amount, credit limit & outstanding balance.
  4. At this point, it is your outstanding balance that you will repay.
  5. Now, tap on ‘’Repay’’  and choose the repayment method you want to use. 
  6. Finally, once the payment is successful, your PalmPay credit limit will add up. And that’s all.

How to Unfreeze your PalmPay OK Card?

Currently, if you default your OK Cards repayment, PalmPay will freeze your PalmPay OK card. So, if your PalmPay OK Card if freezed, the good news is that there are things you can do to unfreeze your OK Card, they are:

  1. Pay off your outstanding loans.
  2. Use your PalmPay app to carry out financial transactions frequently.
  3. You can also contact the PamPay customer care unit for assistance.
