2. Digital Marketing Services
Refunds for digital marketing services are handled as follows:
- SEO Services: Monthly retainers are non-refundable after work has begun
- Paid Ads Management: Unspent ad budgets are refundable; management fees are non-refundable
- Website Design: Deposits are non-refundable after project commencement
- Social Media Management: Monthly fees are non-refundable after services are rendered
3. Graphic Design Services
- 50% deposit required for all design projects
- Deposit is non-refundable after work has begun
- Final payment due upon approval of designs
- Revisions included as specified in the project agreement
4. Corporate Training
- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Deposit refundable if cancelled 14+ days before training date
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of training
- Rescheduling available with 10 days notice
5. Computer Center Services
- Pre-paid internet time is non-refundable
- Printing credits are non-refundable
- Service credits may be issued for technical outages
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Course materials and software licenses (once accessed)
- Certification exam fees
- Services purchased during promotions or discounts
- Digital products and templates
